FAQ

Frequently asked.

Delays, channels, coverage, pricing: the answers to what we get asked before a first delivery.

Do you deliver at anchor, not just in port?

Yes — that is the core of the service. Light parcels arrive by drone, lowered by winch straight onto the deck. Bulky loads and people come alongside by shuttle boat. The tender stays where it is.

How fast are you?

Once the goods are ashore in the zone, delivery goes out the same day — the drone flight itself takes minutes. By comparison, a parcel shipped to a yacht in France typically takes five days through standard channels, and around two weeks through Monaco customs.

What can the drone carry?

Roughly 8 kg per flight: documents, medication, light spare parts, fine foods, personal items. The parcel is lowered by winch — the drone never lands on the boat.

Beyond 8 kg, or for people?

The shuttle boat takes over: full provisioning, heavy parts, luggage, guests and crew. Licensed professional skippers, boarding at the passerelle.

How is the price set?

Every mission is quoted: distance, channel (drone or boat), urgency. You receive feasibility, a slot and the price before committing — by WhatsApp or through the form.

Which areas do you cover?

French Riviera (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Saint-Tropez, Villefranche), Monaco, Corsica (Bonifacio, Porto-Vecchio, Calvi, Ajaccio) and Sardinia (Porto Cervo, Olbia, La Maddalena). Another Mediterranean anchorage: just ask.

Who operates the deliveries?

Specialised partners: a certified drone operator for the flights, licensed shuttle boats on the water. Delivery to Yacht coordinates the mission end to end and stays your single point of contact.

What about bad weather?

Above the drone's wind limits, the shuttle boat takes the mission. If the sea rules out any approach, we agree on the first workable slot — you hear about it before, not after.
