1. Quote and order
Every mission is quoted (distance, channel, urgency). The mission is confirmed upon acceptance of the quote. Only the confirmed quote binds the parties.

Delivery to Yacht connects requesters with partner operators — an authorised drone operator and licensed nautical operators. The service contract is concluded directly between the client and the operator performing the mission.
2. Cancellation
Free cancellation as long as shore pickup has not started. After pickup, costs already incurred (purchases on your behalf, transport under way) remain due.
3. Weather and sea conditions
Drone flights are subject to wind limits; beyond them, the mission switches to the shuttle boat. If sea state rules out a safe approach, the mission is postponed to the first workable slot at no rescheduling cost.
4. Goods and restrictions
Drone payload limited to ~8 kg per flight. Excluded from any carriage: dangerous or illicit goods, and any shipment contrary to customs regulations. Medication is prepared and sealed by the pharmacist.
5. Liability
The partner operator performing the mission is responsible for the carriage under the terms of its licence and insurance. Delivery to Yacht is responsible for coordinating the mission.
